The system supports two types of fulfillment of thisshop orders

1. Fulfill by using Mabang TMS

2. Fulfil by forwarding packages

Please follow the Mabang fulfillment process.

Fulfill by forwarding packages

The sellers may send products from China by xiaomifeng or domestically by express. These two kinds of packages should be forwarded to buyers following the same process.

Step 1: Check if there is a xiaomifeng label on the package

Step 2 : If there is a xiaomifeng label, scan the bar code on it with the Thai-Warehouse app. It should prompt you to put the package in container 998 or container 997. if there is no xiaomifeng label, scan the original express bar code, then go to the packed page, click the scan icon on the left side of search button, scan the bar code again, click the first item of the search result, print the xiaomifeng label out and stick it on the package.

Note: Currently we are using three expresses to forward. Please sort the packages in container 998 according to the bar codes

1. Flash Express, bar code start with TH

2. J&T Express, bar code start with 83

3. Bee Express, bar code start with 80
